Tender Loving Care Weddings provides courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced wedding planning, coordinating, and consulting services. By handling the smallest of details, Tender Loving Care Weddings allows couples, family and friends, to relax and enjoy the wedding day.

Tender Loving Care Weddings has a wide variety of services from which to choose.  Whether you want a professional to handle every part of your wedding planning, or you just want someone with you along the way, Tender Loving Care Weddings can tailor services to meet your individual needs. 

Wedding Coordination Services

On-Call Personal Assistant: This one-time fee puts the Wedding Consultant at your finger tips up until the wedding day to answer questions about etiquette, scheduling, purchases, attire, decorations, in other words, anything about which you may have questions.  It is a great way to utilize the expertise of a professional wedding planner without committing to a wedding coordinator on the day of your wedding. 

Basic Reception Coordination:  For couples who simply want their reception plans carried out by a knowledgeable, organized professional - couples receive services that include, unlimited access to expert advice, a planning meeting with the Wedding Consultant, vendor services verification one-week prior to the wedding, and four hours of reception coordination.

Reception Package:  This is the most popular and cost effective package provided by Tender Loving Care Weddings.  It includes all of the services described in the Basic Reception Package.  This package also includes preparation of weekend itineraries for the wedding party members and wedding vendors, consultations with the Wedding Consultant for reception set-up and reception coordination, mailing of weekend itineraries to all wedding party members and wedding vendors three weeks prior to the event.

Reception & Ceremony Package:  Includes all the services described in the Reception Package.  This package also includes consultation with the Wedding Consultant regarding the wedding ceremony, coordination of the wedding rehearsal, two hours of ceremony set-up, and coordination of the wedding ceremony. All Inclusive Package:  Includes all of the services described in the Reception & Ceremony Package.  This package also includes preparation of a personal wedding budget, wedding site recommendations, and verification of vendor availability. (Contact the office for a quote.)
